Winston Co. NAACP Chapter Announces MLK Program Plans

In observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. day, the Winston County NAACP will host its annual parade on January 17 at 10 AM. At noon, state Rep. Kabir Karriem will speak at the Winston County Courthouse.


Rep. Karriem serves District 41 in Lowndes County. He was chosen to serve on the Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus. He is a business owner and influential community leader as well.
