Serve Out Loud Winston Set for June 2 - 4

Daily Itinerary for SOL Winston
Daily Itinerary for SOL Winston

Winston County - next Monday is the first day of the Serve Out Loud - Winston mission project. The public is invited to get involved with the goal of sharing the Gospel and simply loving our neighbors through acts of service.

Each morning, volunteers will meet at the Louisville Parks and Recreation Building at 8:15. At that time, volunteers may sign up for available projects - including drive-through prayer, nursing home ministry opportunities, ramp projects, beds for kids projects, and outdoor cleanup projects. Before departing to serve, a light breakfast will be served to volunteers and there will be a devotion time.

There will be drive-through prayer stations set up at First Baptist Church - Louisville's parking lot and at the old Cotton Gin parking lot in Noxapater. (This is the parking lot at the Noxapater 4-way stop, across from Noxapater 4-way Hardware store.) Those who desire to be prayed with may go to either of these spots between 9:30 AM and 11 AM.

There will be a free basketball camp for grades 1 - 6 at the Louisville Parks and Recreation Building on these days, sponsored by the Winston County Baptist Association. This camp is a part of the Serve Out Loud-Winston project.

If you have a desire to share the Gospel, but you're just not sure how to go about it, Serve Out Loud-Winston is the perfect opportunity to do so. The Winston Baptist Association also asks that the community be in prayer for this worthwhile project.
