Murphy Creek Baptist Church Seeking Operation Christmas Child Toys in August

Murphy Creek Baptist Church is getting ready to pack gift boxes for Operation Christmas Child. This ministry is an annual event headed up by Franklin Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse.

Each year, churches across America pack small boxes the size of a shoebox with personal hygiene items and toys for impoverished children. Two years ago, a young man who had received one of these boxes visited Louisville to give his testimony as to how these boxes made a change in his own life. These boxes help children obtain needed personal items while also sharing the Gospel.

If you would like to help MCBC, here is a link of acceptable toys. They have stated that they have enough yoyo toys and toy cars.
