Haynes Hosts Fundraiser for LHS Baseball Team

Mrs. Aline Haynes prepared approximately 300 chicken plates on Friday, July 25, with the proceeds to go towards helping get uniforms for the team.

At press time, there was not a total count on the total amount raised, but WLSM stopped by to find Mrs. Aline and her crew hard at work cooking, packing plates, and organizing the orders for pickup.

As always, Mrs. Aline is grateful to the community for their support. The SLBC was buzzing with the workers and those who bought plates in and out, grabbing a delicious meal while helping the youth in our community.
