Benefit for James Higginbotham

Winston County, it's time to come together to help out one of our own! There will be a benefit for James Higginbotham, who was badly burned last month. Higginbotham has a long road to recovery, and his family and friends are hosting a benefit to help out with expenses.

You may purchase a chicken plate consisting of a whole leg quarter, two sides, a dessert and a drink for $10 - please note that if you choose to help by buying a plate, the family MUST have your order by Sunday, August 31.

There will be a raffle as well on multiple items donated by local businesses.

The event will be held on Saturday, September 6 beginning at 11 AM at The Outer Limits (6000 Highway 15 South in Louisville).
