Bane Sworn in as Noxapater’s Municipal Judge

On Thursday morning, July 17, the Honorable David Bane was sworn in as the new municipal judge for the Town of Noxapater. Bane has run a successful legal firm for several decades in Louisville.

Louisville’s Municipal Judge and City Attorney Taylor Tucker swore Bane into service in the presence of Bane’s family, Mayor Sammy Carter, and City Clerk Faye Ellis.
