Winston County Library Kicks Off National Library Week Author Events with Maverick Gardener Felder Rushing

Felder Rushing, known nationally for his immense horticultural knowledge, helped to kick off three author events at the Winston County Library. Felder's appearances at the library are always well-attended, and he has made many friends in the area. As a part of his appearance, a plant swap took place.

Twenty-eight attendees came to hear Felder speak and take part in the plant swap.

Steve "Rosebowl" Robertson will be at the Winston County Library on Thursday at 11:30 AM, and Scott Hendrix will be there Friday at the same time. The Friends of the Library will provide a sack lunch for the first twelve in attendance.
