Mayor Will Hill, city of Louisville, Mississippi, proclaims May 9, 2026, as FIBROMYALGIA AWARENESS DAY in the City of Louisville, and encouraged all residents and attendees of the 45th Annual Red Hill Festival in downtown Louisville to recognize the challenges faced by those living with FIBROMYALGIA and to support continued efforts toward education, research, and compassionate care.

Registered Nurse, Mesha Eichelberger Randall, a Wildcat, returned to Louisville to participate in the Red Hill Festival. Her mission is to spread awareness of FIBROMYALGIA, a misunderstood condition so painful that many with it are unable to work oftentimes. She has been featured on the Refuge Radio WLSM, WCBI Sunrise with Kealy Shields and in the Winston County Journal. A book about her journey with fibromyalgia is being published. Stay tuned.
